• a) Acting as Authorized Person

  We provide Authorized Person (AP) services to perform the duties to satisfy the statutory and administrative requirements raised by the relevant government authorities relating to building works and structural works.

• b) Additions and Alterations

  Carrying out additions and alterations works may raise the issue of submitting formal document to the relevant government authorities. We assist our clients through the entire process from the application to the final approval.

• c) Architectural & Interior Design and Contracting

  Knowing our clients’ requirements and budget, we can undertake a feasibility study and produce sketches with alternative designs for selection and approval. We also arrange contractors to carry out the works.

• d) Building Condition and Structural Survey

  We prepare comprehensive survey of the existing condition of the property, identify any structural problems and provide advice on future maintenance schedule.

• e) Building Maintenance and Renovation

  We coordinate and manage minor and major repairs, maintenance and renovation projects, as well as reconstruction and major renovation, or upgrading projects.

• f) Land Survey

  We assist in resolving uncertainties or disputes over boundaries by carrying out comprehensive land surveying and establish cadastral information to which there is inadequate government survey information.

• g) Project Management

  We provide comprehensive and cost-effective service to manage development projects to be on schedule and within budget, and source suitable contractors if required.

• h) Expert Witnesses

  In addition to the full range of design and building consultancy services, we provide expert witness services in any litigation or arbitration processes.
