Mr. Ma is a Director of the Company. He is responsible for the management and business development of the planning & development and real estate agency & auctioneering department. He has over 18 years experience in valuations, investment agency, portfolio leasing and property development. He served directorships in various surveying firms ande major developers in Hong Kong and the PRC. He is a guru in closing gigantic investment deals in Asia.

Mr. Li is an Associate Director of the Company. He is responsible for the management and business development. He has extensive experience in property valuation and land matters covering Hong Kong, Macau and the PRC. Mr. Li worked for the Hong Kong government specialized in valuation of special properties before he joined the private sector as the Management Surveyor of a reputable bank. He then moved up the ranks and became the Director of the bank’s subsidiary real estate management company. During this tenure, Mr. Li supervised valuation, leasing and property management matters for the Bank’s portfolios in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Mr. Li is on the list of approved property valuers of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors to conduct valuation for reference in matters related to company registration or public offering, public documentation and mergers and acquisitions. He is also a Registered Business Valuer of the Hong Kong Business Valuation Forum.
